In this episode I do a deep dive into the world of egoic desires and true desires. I share with you the fullness of this past year and many of the big challenges I had to find a way through including an unexpected cancer diagnosis in my family, an unexpected injury and learning how to walk again.

I also share the BIG expansion moments of this year (big magical things happening with music and the final pieces of my new body of work) and how every twist and turn of this year has invited me to explore a more nuanced path of alchemy, finding my true pace and connecting to the threads of the deepest, truest desires.
